Shape by rolling up triangles and curving

Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick then cut into squares 6 inches wide. Divide each square diagonally to get triangles. Roll out triangles from long side to opposite tip, then roll up from long side and place tip on bottom of croissant. Curve 90 degrees as you transfer to lightly oiled baking sheet.
