Stage 2 - Stain applied

First I took off the spot-glued fingerboard and taped the surface to protect the gluing surface. After sanding and scraping, I used a wet rag to raise the grain. After sanding down the raised grain, I applied golden yellow foundation stain. Maybe I got it too yellow...
